Degree of coverage
The percentage of the main component that is covered by, for example, a label, sleeve, or printing with Carbon Black, determines whether the NIR scanner can still correctly identify the material of the main component.
The degree of coverage is determined on the side of the packaging where the majority of the label is visible (see image).
