TPO (thermoplastic polyolefins) is a blend of a polyolefin-based plastic (usually polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE)) and a non-crosslinked elastomer such as EPDM. It is a specific type of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) that is not crosslinked, or only partially crosslinked.
